I have an issue with LDMS import CI's in Service Desk. The issue comes into play when the IP address from LDMS is imported in Service Desk. LDMS imports the IP as 010.10.whatever.whatever. If a quadrant in the IP is below .100, a zero is prefixed to that value (ie .010.010.255.255). This is causing an issue with my implementation of HTML5 Remote Control from within Service Desk. Does any one have any idea on how to stop having these IP's imported as 010.010.255.255 and start being imported as 10.10.255.255?
