DGaines,
All that command is doing is downloading the file, its not trying to execute it. The command to execute would be one of the following lines in the script.
If it is failing when downloading the files, make sure that Domain Computers has read rights to the \\Corename\ldlogon\ share on the Core. That is where the script is trying to download everything from, and when it does it should be downloading using the localsystem account on the machine.
