I am looking for a way to target either a specific gadget or dashboard in the Service Desk Web desk (console) where all user roles except administrators or designated users are unable to change the 'Prevent Launch' option. To explain, we have a system Noticeboard gadget on our dashboards that if the 'Prevent Launch' is checked users are unable to open the editor for the Noticeboard. Unfortunately, this option can be unchecked by users, which will allow them to launch the editor. We want to prevent users from changing this option on either specific dashboards or on the gadget itself. We do want to allow this option for users when they create their own queries and dashboards, so we don't want to completely take this away. Is there a way to restrict this option based on the user's role, and only target either a specific dashboard or a specific gadget on a dashboard. Thanks in advance.
