User Session not clear automatically

Hi,

Our Client was using LANDesk Service Desk 7.6 and MS SQL Server for DB, User license: 45 fixed and 25 concurrent.

We had problem that user session not clear automatically, several end user can not log on to LANDesk Webdesk cause license analyst concurrent is full.

We already run the Background Service Engine but still not clear (user session).

Please need your advice.
