How to create a template in WebDesk?

Hi,

Does someone know if it's possible to create a template in WebDesk cause the Template Designer itself is not accessible in WebDesk as you know.

I tried to create o a query on the table / business object to add new entries to the table / query but didn't find the business object where the templates are stored.
