How to change the Time of Day Filter for the Local Scheduler\Scheduled Task regarding vulscan.exe

This is LANDesk Management Console 9.0.3.1

I had one of our developers complain that when they are in the middle of something on their workstations sometimes,  the LANDesk vulscan.exe starts running and they get knocked off or slowed down on their SQL queries etc.

I looked in the console at the Device INventory and noticed that the Local Scheduler Scheduled Tasks 4 was scheduled to run between 12 and 13 hours.  How do I reconfigure that Time of Day Filter??

This is under LANDesk Management\Local Scheduler\Scheduled Tasks\4  field Time of Day Filter.
