I'd think so. Autofix is enabled by default in there, but I don't have any patches actually assigned to autofix. EDIT: Yup, just confirmed this works fine without autofix.

We had the same issue on a couple of our servers. It was caused by the disabled Windows Update Service. In our case disabled by a misconfigured GPO.
