Hi Nay,

 

My example is a bit more complicated:

 

End user is able to run action Back from customer by mail or manualy adding note or attachment. However, as Darren mentioned above, in decision You should check Latest Value instead of "at least one value". For me it works

BTW - I'm checking raise user in mail responses, and customer in manual actions because it was easier to set up This is due to our way working with groups, and users - all members customer group can see IPC's from customer

 

BTW2 - I had similar issue in process in 7.6.2. Somehow action was "transparent": there was no way to bypass it in proces, but it was not fired. Deleted action, saved, added once again, and got it working.
