Problem in connection with Active Directory (may be synchronization issue)

Dear Support

 

    i don't have good information in landesk service desk also i'm not configuration the setting connect with active directory  , but now some of user not appear in LANDesk service desk ticket system but already exists in Active Directory , can you help me to fix this problem .

- i don't know how to check the connection with Active Directory .
