- Moved to Console space

 

Hi,

 

There might be a few reasons for this.

 

- Do you run the Console 'As administrator'?

- Can you ping the devices?

- Can you open http://<devicename>:9595

- Are there any firewalls blocking traffic?

- Did you try to change the Agent Discovery Settings (In the Console, under Configure)
