"Allow HTML access" is enabled on the General Settings section.
This is what we have configured under the Security Settings section:
All RC is working except for HTML5 for the "IT Help Desk" role - they can successfully use the Gateway and Direct connections. Are the security settings shown here strictly for HTML? If so, any guess why it works for "LANDesk Administrators" role?
During testing I stuck with one source machine and several target machines to rule out browser issues. Using IE11 as my source (aka the IT guy's browser) it works fine for "LANDesk Administrators" role member, but not for my support staff in the "IT Help Desk" role.
