I did as you advised and still the same problem. For now, I made him Systems Administrator just so he could create queries. It is not a good practice on my side and I still need help how to fix the problem. I contacted Martyn and he responded to supposedly webex with me this morning but I understand he is very busy and I hope to get another appointment with him.
