Reporting on Parent and Child Calls (All child calls grouped by parent)

I am pretty sure this is not possible but before I go and create an enhancement request, just thought to put it out there in case anyone has a way of achieving this.

I have a requirement to display all parent calls with associated child calls.  The ideal would be a query that displays all child calls grouped by the parent call.  This was not possible a few versions back but if anyone has achieved this via a crystal report or query, would love to hear from you.
