Are you able to remotely remove the LANDESK agent from these devices. Proving a negative is always difficult.
However the fact that ANY of these machines have failed without LANDESK being on them should be enough proof that LANDESK is not the cause. How could LANDESK cause the issue on all of the machines when it isn't actually ON all of the machines?
