In Incident, I added a manual action to Convert a Request then the automatic action to Create Request. When in the incident, after I select Convert to Request I get the following error.
This Request has changed status, and the action you selected is no longer available.
The Request Process has at the Open status "Add Incident" as a selected action and I also set Propagate Action to Children to TRUE. I even added to the Provisioning status.
What am I missing ?
