I have already tried taking of the tick on the process which marks all child process as non knowledgeable. which is actually what we want. but the issue here is that the background searching doesn't find any information on the knowledgebase , it doesn't pick up the articles we have created which is what we only want searchable. I suspect the reason for this is because under Knowledge Settings, there is no object ticked to be searched on. I have ticked the options to search on ie articles but upon saving and refreshing the page, the tickets gets removed. under business object, Articles are set as Knowledgeable.
