We want to get all the incidents and requests for all groups of which I'm a member of !!!

Is there any query to get all the Incidents and Requests for all the groups of which I'm a member of ?

Currently, I'm running the queries for all the groups to get the required info.

For example, i'm a member of Help Desk A, Help Desk B, Help Desk C .If i want to get the records of any of these groups, every time i have to run the query by switching the groups.

And that's a time taking thing. So, i want to get the results for all the groups at a time without switching the groups. I have tried, but i could not find any such queries.

Is there any such query to get all the results for different groups in a single window ?
