Re: How do I export Collection fields into a query?

Elizabeth is right here. Even i faced the similar issue. Later i have created a separate query on the Resolution for all the incidents and requests.But this query will pulls and show you only the Resolved calls. If you want to see or else want to export only resolved calls, then creating a query based on Resolution will helps.
