Re: mapping raise user on inbound mail

Hi,

 

I don't think you need to map this field, if the e-mail exists in the users table then the incident will be created for that user.  If the e-mail address does not exist you can configure Mail to create the user (have a look at page 131 of the Administrator Guide.
