How to add Attribute in Add Recipient ?

Hai,

I upgraded LANDesk Service Desk 7.7.2 to LANDesk Service Desk 7.7.3, and this is version 7.7.3 which have a new feature "add recipient". like this :

the problem is, i can'not find query or windows like that in console. I want to add email address if i choose a user or group. Any Idea ?
