Thanks for the additional information and clarity.I'm clear on the user accounts (that i can have a clean run by excluding these up front - and a nice simple method is to control this based on AD security groups). I expected this going in - that if I got my analyst to update (in test) there was work to get this "Production ready'.
But it is the Analyst records that fail that I'm trying to resolve:
* Yes - from the GUI I can tell they are Analyst because of the right click options.
* I can also tell they are in the Analyst container under the Administration GUI.
* In the database - I can tell based on the User Type GUID.
* And in the User Import - I can tell because the same ID fails to update information due to the user type mismatch.
So - i have a record trying to import ....
* The Key (Active Directory UPN) exists in the database (tps_user) table.
* The Import I try and process (earlier screen shot) fails with a duplicate - the duplicate key is the UPN of the existing Analyst record.
Any idea what to look at or what information I can provide to help get to the root cause?
