Re: Auto Assignment by Round Robin

Just met with our Service Desk Manager and this is something we are looking to introduce, we would also include a 'Round Robin' attribute on the User BO so the team leaders of SD can include/exclude staff from the Round Robin. 

This probably requires a calculation, just brainstorming at the minute.

 

Will let you know if we make any progress, if anyone has any tips then please share.
