LDMS missing "Computer"."Owner Email"

LDMS version 9.0.3.2

Application runs on Windows 2008 R2 server

Database runs on MS SQL 2005

Why in ANY of my device inventory records do I NOT see the Primary Owner's email address? It's blank, null, nada.

Looking at the OwnerEmail field in the LDMS dbo.Computer table and it's all "NULL".

I have verified in Active Directory that in each user's Attributes are there for both "mail" and "proxyAddresses"

Why oh why, does the primary owner's email address NOT populate in LDMS?
