Thanks guys.....that was it.....I'm back up and running now.
Side note.......just having the base level of support this issue was sort of a pain to resolve. Support desk wouldn't touch the issue with me calling directly.....I was instructed to go through my reseller and have them work with my rep and then in turn having him work with support to resolve it. Seemed sort of convoluted for a licensing issue but it got resolved either way.
