We recently changed our Antivirus software for our users from Deep Security to OfficeScan. Both are made by Trend Micro. Now that we have switched to OfficeScan, we are having issues with running any provisioning on computers that already have OfficeScan installed. If it is not installed, we have no issues. For instance, we have a template to add a PC to the domain, but whenever we run it, it fails. We are confident that OfficeScan is preventing it. I spoke with the Administrator of the antivirus software, and he needs an exclusions list to prevent this from happening. I've seen an exclusion list for the core server, but I am not sure if that is everything that is needed (we do not have the new OfficeScan installed on the core server yet). Any help is appreciated.
