Re: Holiday calender can't run properly after creating

i have try to create holiday in 31 march 2014 and when our team create ticket in 30 march 2014 it must be breach on 1 april cause the sla in 31 march is automatically off because of holiday, but i have some problem the ticket escalation still working on 31 march not in 1 april.
