I suspect you still have some time periods specifieid in your holidays.  Personally I'd report the issue to support, send them a copy of the database or do a video for them to explain the issue.

You may have another response level that uses a different calender which is giving cover, you may have different timezones being used.  If you have a support contract, get those guys to look at this....
