The remote control icon size can not be increased, and there is no "stop" notification other than the floating icon being removed. If the issue is that you want to raise the comfort level of the user community, then you can set RC to prompt the user before being remote controlled, and send out communication to the user community on what RC is, how it is going to be utilized, the benefits, and safeguards that are in place for the user. If chat is enabled, you could start a chat session and let them know they are being RC'd and also that you are exiting.
