Right now it's a system dashboard they want to do it on. I really do not want them to be able to change the system dashboards. What I'm looking for is more of a temporary change or view. So for instance if they want to filter on tickets that are in Pending Status and that are from a particular user they could filter status for pending and raised user for Smith, Eric. Then once they are done they remove the filters and the dashboard goes back to the way it was originally.
