Re: Emergency Management of Service Desk

My problem was that I didn't know when it happened.  I caught this at lunch time when the one computer on my network with an explicit log on took 50% of my server capacity.  I reset the framework app pool and that fixed the server.  However, that is when I got the error message and could not log on to Service Desk.  Otherwise I could have gone days before I realized there was a problem.
