Background:
Our older environment (which we're migrating from soon)had a physical Management Gateway and Landesk 9.0 environment, and we never configured the appliance and clients properly to have clients on the internet report inventory to the core server.
Our newer environment is the CSA and Landesk 9.6 SP1. We would REALLY like to ensure that inventory can report from the internet clients through the CSA to our new core server.
I see many troubleshooting docs, but can't seem to find the definitive configuration doc(s) to do this properly.
